			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>For anyone conjuring up a likely list of early stage energy investors, Monsanto, Novozymes and Bunge Limited probably wouldn’t be top of mind. The companies, best known for genetically engineered seeds, custom enzymes and food processing, aren’t exactly heavy hitters in the industry.</p>
<p id="[object]">For the past year or so, however, the three companies have been enmeshed in an unlikely coalition, forming energy startups through a partnership called <a id="[object]" href="http://niduspartners.com/">Nidus Partners</a>. 			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Nidus Managing Partner and Electrochaea CEO Mich Hein, Ph.D. will speak at the Smart Grid Applied Denmark 2011 Conference in Copenhagen Denmark on Wednesday October 26th.  He will present the Electrochaea LLC technology and discuss how renewable power can be efficiently converted to natural gas for power storage and transportation fuels.   Dr. Hein&#8217;s talk will be one of several that address system solutions as part of the Smart Grid.   Additionally, on Monday October 24th, Dr. Hein will participate on a panel moderated by Lars Aargaard, CEO of the Danish Energy Association and they will discuss components in the Danish Electrical System as well as opportunities.</p>
